Right here in the heart of Mohican Country is the Mohican Adventures Canoe Livery & Fun Center waiting for you to discover. Located on the recreation strip 2 miles south of Loudonville, Ohio; the fun center offers guests of all ages the best in old-fashioned fun with packages perfect for families, companies or couples. Known as the finest family-canoeing river in Ohio, the Mohican River averages 14” to 18” deep. Like all rivers, depth varies and there are some quiet pools that are 8’ to 10’ deep. The current is gentle with occasional riffles where the pace quickens, ideal for beginners or advanced.
Trips vary in length. You can float for two hours or enjoy a true wilderness adventure by choosing a multiple day river camping trip.
We rent canoes, kayaks, rafts and tubes. We also provide comfortable life jackets in sizes from infant to XXL adult, so everyone can participate!
