The second edition of the newsletter has finally made it out the door!

Four articles grace the second newsletter:

A trip down the Everglades in a canoe by outdoor writer Johnny Malloy. Johnny's got 18 books out on hiking, camping, paddling and true outdoor adventures.  He can be found at http://www.johnnymolloy.com

Selecting a Boat to Paddle is a three part series written by Michael Lampman, Boatwright.  Michael hand crafts wooden boats, which can be found at http://solitaire.newact.com/ .
He is the founder of Paddletally (http://www.paddletally.org/) a large and active paddling club in the Florida Panhandle where he and his family have been paddling for 25 years.

Granny Annie is an article about an amazing woman who not only paddles but created and sold colorful Kiwi Kayaks. This article is by Jim Thaxton, outfitter-innkeeper-writer.  Jim operates Paddlers Inn (http://www.paddlersinn.com) and Thaxton’s Canoe Trails (http://www.gopaddling.com)  when he’s not paddling or writing.

The fourth article is an event called The Great Ohio River Paddle, an Educational and Recreational event which you can participate in.

First Newsletter

The first newsletter contains 4 articles.

The first is some very interesting pricing information that we gathered,  which we thought might be of interest to all.

The second article is by writer David Klinger about kayaking, bird watching, and the Audobon Camp in Maine.

The third article is by paddler Rebecca White and the passion she has developed for paddling over the years.

And the last article is by Jim Thaxton, about master canoe maker Tom Byers, who crafts some incredible Birchbark Canoes by hand.

We hope you enjoy the newsletter and welcome your feedback at info@gopaddle.com
